All, I am looking at buying a 2025 nexus Verrado super C with 6.6 Duramax Engine. I have the Manufacture date, Vin Number, Engine family number The engine family sticker in the engine compartment states "International 2022 Model Year, Engine model:350 Displacement:6.6L" Has an Incomplete Vehicle Manufacture by Sticker " NAVSTAR, INC has same VIN number and date 09/22 and as Manufacture date sticker, Manufacture by: Nexus RV LLC sticker has :"Same VIN as Vehicle Chassis sticker and date of 09/2022 also has GAWR weight, Tire Rating, RIM size tire, Air Pressure. The question I have is this normal for the dealer application, title, temp tags and show it is a 2025 model and all of the stickers in the drivers compartment and under hood say it is a 2022 model.

This is not unusual. Raw chassis are usually a model year different. Due to the slowing sale, it’s not surprising that manufacturers had leftover chassis, although 2 years is a long time.

You will want to ensure that the chassis warranty begins in 25 on date of purchase and not limited in some fashion.

As above it is normal. Our 22 had one title that was a 21 chassis listed as incomplete and a 22 title for the coach from the manufacturer when completed being built.

Yes, it is normal to have a different year on chassis or engine than the house model year.
Our 2014 Renegade is built on a 2013 Freightliner chassis and the Cummins engine is a 2013.
As @redbaron mentioned, having a 2 year delay is not what I am used to seeing. Just be sure your warranty on the chassis starts when you buy it and not based on mfg date.

I had the opposite happen 8) my chassis is a 2016 and my coach is a 2015.

I’d check the tire manufacture date, too. Some shops won’t touch or even check pressure in tires over five years old. Don’t want a new rv with old tires.
