I picked up marinated beef and chicken kabobs from the local grocery store the other day. Tonight I cooked the beef kabobs on the Green Mountain Grills Davy Crockett. Sooooo good! I set the temp to 325 and did 8 minutes then flipped and did 10 minutes and that was a perfect medium rare. Epic yumm!
