I'm still learning or more so putting the Micro-air EasyTouch RV Thermostat to work utilizing the features it offers. I've enjoyed this thermostat such as with auto-gen start (AGS) I can turn on my house A/C's an hour prior to arrival and start cooling in the heat of summer as it is now. This reduces the time to cool down once connected to power at your destination campground.
I find that in the morning as the temps rise I lower the setpoints on my zones and in the evening raise them. There is a schedule feature in the smartphone app that allows you to build a schedule to handle just this. It's a bit of a wonky interface compared to what I'm used to with Honeywell and now Trane thermostats in my S&B. But I figured out how to build the schedule, copy to other days of the week, and then enable the schedule. So we'll see how it works but if you're not aware of the schedule feature and you find yourself changing setpoints as I do day vs. night then this may be something to explore as well.
