is it a fact that generators on rv ,s will not run unless gas tank is full, is there a minimum, u have to keep in tank

You need to refer to your RV manufacturer. Mine allows down to approximately 25% remaining.

Typically RV generators draw fuel from around the 1/4 tank level, not the bottom of the tank, so that you can’t run yourself out of fuel by running your generator.
