For the first time in 5 years of doing the same thing, putting moth ball bags under the travel trailer in the winter, we not only got mice in the camper but a smell that had penetrated the couches and literally makes your clothes smell. Throughout the camper. We use dryer sheets inside. This year all seemed to not work but the smell inside is what concerns me most. All moth balls outside taken up already but why the inside smell?

You could try activated charcoal. It might take some time and require several replacements but it's worth a shot.

Yeah I had read that, too. It definitely got into that ‘pleather’ material in our couches and dinette seating. Wondering why the smell is in there. Anyone else have this issue? We’ve always used the moth ball packs this way and never had this happen before inside. Maybe they’ve added more chemicals to the moth balls? I don’t know
