My first real meal in my RV.
I browned onions and garlic in last night's burger grease. Sliced up the chicken into fingers, coated them with a little Dijon, balsamic and tomato sauce then let them turn white on the outside.
Topped them with cream of mushroom mixed with about half the can of milk. Loaded them up with mushrooms.
I like using the entire broccoli. The stem can be cooked anyway you would do carrots.
Tossed the broccoli on. Baked for about 45 minutes then a layer of cheddar and let it sit until cool enough to serve.
Even the 12yo loved it. Slopped up with a leftover onion bun from last night's burgers.
