Cannot help with the built-in NAV. Since my first coach, I have used a Garmin RV specific as the built-in NAV's in any vehicle leave a lot to be desired. The maps are usually 10 years old and when you pay $$$ to get a map upgrade, they are still 10 years old, just newer than when you first bought the vehicle.

If you can, use Android Auto or CarPlay, then several GPS apps available. They're updated continuously.

The problem with apps is that they are designed around an automobile - NOT a 13'+ tall, 30-50,000 lb motorhome. They can definitely get you into trouble.

I use inRoute - Car Play compatible and has setup for coach dimensions and weight.

Great planning app as well - like it better than RV Trip Wizard.

We also have a Garmin RV gps that I transfer the route to from the inRoute app when we travel.

As DennisT said. There are several RV & trucking apps that take into consideration size & weight.

I use Waze in my motorhome AFTER I check my route with RV Life Pro's GPS.
Problem with them is their mapping is wrong occasionally.
