I had a 92 Pace Arrow and if my memory serves me correctly (doubtful) two places to look.
1. Fuse panel left side of driver which is behind small dash panel.
2 under front hood on drivers side there is a approx 12”x12” panel that can be removed. There is a number of fuses and relays there. I believe you remove 6 screws to remove panel.
