Need some help or advice

Hello fellow road tractor Ian's, my home was stolen from me a week or two ago by the city of Berkeley for unpaid parking tickets which were excessive. In other words my van got towed and the towing company is really trying to screw me. When I went to get my belongings from the van I couldn't get in because they had my van blocked all the way around and I can only get in through the front driver side and it was blocked off so I told the guy I can't get in and he said hold on let me use my forklift and I'll move it over a little bit and I said well okay thinking that he knew what he was doing so he put the forks under the back and proceeded to destroy the gas tank. I want to sue these suckers the thing is I had a 35 gallon tank it's a 1992 Dodge b350 and I can't find a
gas tank anywhere I found one guy in Utah and his number changed over the last couple days anyways I was wondering if anybody knew anything that could help me I'm trying to get my van back!
