I searched and researched for over a year for a small motor home wife & I could travel, tour and park in standard parking slots eliminating a toad. Second criteria no noisie generator. Third criteria no propane (had bad experience with propane, (see photo, I was in it only seconds before). All of my other motor homes have had propane I just wanted to eliminate it if possible. I had settled on a major brand 22 ft on ford transit awd, 600 amp lithium batteries 3000 watt inverter/charger. Traveled 140 miles to purchase an ordered coach the purchaser turned down because of items left of due to supply shortage. Upon seeing the coach it not only was missing options it just didn’t feel good. To get another one was 8 months to a year. I found another reputable brand available in 2 to 3 months. Only draw back it had propane. The manufacturer assured me it would function without propane, just turn it off at the tank. The Truma heater/hot water system would work off the 600amp battery 3000watt inverter approximately 7.5 kw. The 12volt air conditioner could run approx 6 to 10 hours off the batteries before recharging and everything would run off shore power. After 2 months I found it will work as represented. Only problem is when the temperature drops down to the teens degrees the electric Truma heater could only maintain about 50 to 60 degrees. However with propane assist it will go up to the 70s & 80s. This kept the coach from freezing in 5 to 15 degrees. Also kept lithium batteries warm enough to function. Still don’t like propane but glad I got it.
