The price was marked down ridiculously low and I wanted to know if anyone has ever used this company and what their experience was with them.

It's two brackets, unless they're hand carved from the tusk of an extinct Mastodon, $17.99 isn't really a steal.

I'd have a hard time ordering from a company that uses a hotmail email address for point of contact. I suggest avoiding this place.
