New Member Trying to Sell

Hello Members, I found this thread and thought you might be able to lead me in the right direction, I received this 2009 Excursion by Fleetwood through an estate that I am handling, it’s in great shape for the year but I just need to move it for the estate, it looks near perfect inside to me but I didn’t even know how to sit it up without watching a video, it has 48,500 miles, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 slides and I’m basically trying to figure out a value for it so I can sell it, I picked it up in Ky on Friday and drove it to Ohio, it drove great, any help would be appreciated in helping me find a NADA value for it

Good afternoon, There are 4 models listed in NADA for that year. If you can let me know what model this is, I can help with a value.

All it list on the registration under model is Excursion, what else would I be looking for in the owners manual or other paperwork?

I found the floor plans for the 2009 online, there are only 2 models with the full wall slide and the 39R looks like the floor plan we have, thanks for your help on this

If the unit is close to you, there is often times a decal next to the door. Also, the VIN tag on the side wall behind the driver chars could be a good place to check.
Using the 39R as a model, NADA shows used Retail at $76,700. That includes all the normally standard equipment and the washer dryer, front mask and solar panel.
