Recently purchased a 17' Jayco Featherlight to use on my property for a guest cabin.

Is the AC unit supposed to run 100% of the time? Only controls I see are: Fan-Hi/Low and AC-Hi/Low and a temp knob the turns from red/blue.

Granted, it has been pretty hot and humid this summer, but even when I have it on AC-Low and turn the temp knob to mid-range... it just runs constantly. Even when the inside is very cold at night..

I don't see any sort of wall thermostat.. Am I missing something?

Can some type of thermostat be added? Or should I consider replacing the entire unit?
