As I’m watching an e-grand prix. It took me a while to realize these were electric cars racing. Pit stops were funny to watch.

E world!!

Have to say what many are probably thinking!
That is one UGLY hunk of moving sauna!!!
Would not want to be in the sun on a warn day with that!

Funny, looks very very similar to the 18 wheeler trucks Tesla is turning out!

As is Cyber Truck but there seems to be a love for that...

Don’t think it’s an RV considering there isn’t any windows. Maybe a race car hauler or similar. That is their semi cab. You can bet that in a couple years someone will be building it into a motorhome

:giggle: Say it ain't so!! WOW!! Different to say the least!
Plug it in at an existing "RV" Park and cause a "brown-out" or "grid failure"!
Sorry, this technology is not for me!!

I don’t know. With the thousands of gallons of diesel I’ve burned, the yearly cost of chassis service and the DEF problems I’ve had, an electric version of my coach or something similar sounds mighty tempting.

Looks like an AI rendition to me.

As someone who has an electric car and sees potential in electrification of some vehicles …
At this point this is just a figment of someone or something’s imagination. Interesting concept but until charging infrastructure is built out for semi charging and until Tesla reconfigures the driver compartment to include 2 people, this idea will remain just a figment of imagination.

Electric based class 8 trucks for long haul, as a category, I believe will be one of the last segments to see any large scale adoption of electric. Last mile delivery will happen first, where they have shorter daily distances and can charge each night at the depot.

After we see battery technology make some significant improvements in density then we may see faster adoption for long haul, but until then, just a dream.
