It would depend on if your on gas or electric, but at the same time if your tank is ok, it might just need heating elements. The 20 gallon water heater tank in my park model home needs to be replaced. I am considering the possibility of replacing the 20 gallon tank with a tankless water heater.
Any thoughts from anyone who has encountered a similar experience? Any recommendations?
Smaller, at each outlet saves a lot of water. I had a gas unit that used a pressure diaphragm to start the flame. It would not fire using the water saving shower head I was using. I had to change the head out.It would depend on if your on gas or electric, but at the same time if your tank is ok, it might just need heating elements.
Electric tankless, are not as responsive as gas. Living in Germany years ago most places were tankless and all were gas or oil.
now that said, you could use smaller tankless at each hot water outlet like kitchen, bathroom etc.
