My wife and I took our new to us 2020 Mesa Ridge out for our first trip. Had a few issues from jump street. 1 leveling jack keep tripping an error code. Dealer is trying to tell me it’s from low battery. Batteries were fully charged before we left home. Next issue our investor only operates the fridge. Is this normal? No outlets will work even for low amp draw. How do we dry camp. Any help greatly appreciated.
