Hello all from the great state of Oklahoma. I very recently obtained a 2008 Dynasty Squire. I have put about 3000 miles on it.

A very annoying ring, ding, started coming from the dash. It sounds vaguely like the noise made when you leave the keys in the ignition-ding, ding. It rings a few times every time I hit a bump in the road. We have a lot of bumps here. It also just rings at random times. I am leaving for Georgia next week and I would love to get this solved.

Does anyone know what could possibly cause the dinging? It could be a long trip, sigh.

One of the jacks not completely retracted or switch on the jack May need adjusted.

It may just be you need to fill the jack fluid. I had a similar issue, which then proceeded to get worse as the days went by in my trip. Found one of my jacks was weeping, checked and added fluid, and the dinging went away.
