Hi. Steve her retired Army. We are new to rving and new owners. 23 30ft Mallard M260 bought last year. We enjoy it and although you won't see us all over we will enjoy it semi locally. I'm struck by the 70s mobile home cheapnrss of construction and materials. Everything so far workjs fine. Well I did have to replace the leaking toilet valve which cost 8 bucks and was relatively easy to replace. I have a new larger lavatory sink to replace the soup bowl sized one that cane with it. Easy to do as the area underneath is wide open. I've come to conclusion that I can fix alot of things or upgrade myself fairly easy. My few dealings with the dreaded Camping World dealership has been less then fruitful anyway. I think my biggest regret is not finding out what I know now. We are happy with our rig so far as we get better at using it.

Welcome and congrats on the RV.

Thank you for your service!! Lots of vets on here as well including myself with 12 1/2 years running reactors on submarines.

Good group here and lots of knowledge to keep these things useable. Doesn’t matter how much you spend they will all have issues.

Welcome @CoolSteve - great to have you with us. It seems us military folk get addicted to change of scenery and turn to RVing to keep it going. Hope you have amazing journeys ahead, please share with us as well. Cheers...
