Good Day All!

We are diving into the RV world for the first time as we relocate here in TN for work. We are selling our home and moving into an RV as we are looking to build on some land.

We purchased a 2026 Sanibel 39Bunk to give our kiddos some play area.

We do have a question regarding the lovely black and grey tanks. During our wake through, we have 2 black and 2 grey tanks. We were just seeing if someone could tell us the best way to run the waste hoses before we purchase unnecessary items. Pictures are a bonus! Thank you in advance

So when you say hose(s) it sounds like you have separate blade valve discharge points. If you're going to use bayonet fitting type flex hose you could run a hose from each discharge to a bayonet "Y" connector and from there to the septic or sewer. Be aware too you'll have to monitor the tanks and every few days go outside and manually drain first both black tanks followed by both grey. With kids the grey tanks may require dumping between black tank dumps.
* If you have a Sam's Club near and you're a member, the POMS brand paper sold by the case works well for RV systems.

I have 2 black and one grey tank and I use a Y connector when possible as stated above.
Sometimes the way the sewer is oriented it doesn't work as well as I'd like and I just dump the rear black first, then the middle black and followed by the grey. Always dump the grey after the black.
