My understanding is that the techs can put in the coach number and get all of the specifics and service history. I suggested they make this view available to the owners.
 
I just re-registered with Newgle a few minutes ago. Apparently, it takes "2-3 days" for the account to be activated. When it has been, I'll check it out and see what changes have been made.
