The shower pan in my 2018 MADP has cracked and I need to replace it. Thanks to a post by @Neal from around 6 years ago, I was able to access the underside of the pan and have found that the pan is suspended above the flooring, only touching the flooring around the perimeter. Thus, I'm not surprised that the pan cracked.

Looking at replacement Corian shower pans, I see that I can order one from online vendors that has structural foam on the underside of the pan that would touch the floor and provide support. The replacement pan from Newmar doesn’t have this structural foam support.

Given the desire for the foam and given that Newmar lists an online price of $4,400 for the shower pan, I’d like to buy direct from the vendor. Anyone know who Newmar uses for their Corian pieces? I figured using the same vendor would be preferred since they know the color and exact measurements.

Also, while inspecting the underside of the pan through the vent, I did find a nice pair of pipe pliers that Newmar left me for future work :)

I have a 2019 London Aire which is the first year Newmar went to tile insted of the solid pans. I had a row of grout crack and leak and found the same thing with very little support under the pan and literally no support, only foam under the trench drain.

I know eventually the tile is going to have to be redone and I am going to go to a solid pan. Although I can't help you with Newmar's vendor, I found a company that makes custom pans that I will probely use, the is the website link is below. It would be great if you would post what you ended up doing and who you used.
