Damian, the former NewServ factory trained technician that serviced Arizona, relocated to California. There were discussions at corporate about possibly having factory trained technicians brought out to service Newmar coaches in Arizona this Winter. Lizzie, the NewServ scheduler, called me this morning to update me that corporate made the decision and we will have factory trained technicians available this Winter!!! Rory and Perry will be based in Gilbert/Chandler, specific location not yet determined, and will be available from December through mid February. This is awesome news!!!
