We have been full timing for about 2 years. Starting to think about parking somewhere permanent or, at least, 6 (+ - ) months at a time. Family and medical reasons. We want to find a Park we can park in for reasonable monthly rate. Maybe even a Parkmodel RV down the road.

I’m pretty good at locating and reserving parks for 1 - 3 week stays but don’t know how to separate the ones that allow long term vs those that don’t. Also, we want a Park with shade, a pool and some activities.

We would like the north Texas area between McKinney and Greenville. (Again family reason). Would prefer age restricted but that allows grandkids to visit. Wife is 66 and I’m 74.

Any tricks for how to search for this type of Park?
