while visiting relatives on our last trip I learned how to make pizza dough. Surprisingly, the instructions are right on the little yeast packet and there’s only 6 ingredients - flour, water, salt, sugar, oil, and yeast. It was fun, easy, a little messy, but better than anything you could buy at most stores.

Salmon, asparagus, pesto Pizza anyone? I didn’t actually try it - I’m told it was good by someone who likes this sort of thing. Probably should have had some pine nuts on it too. I’m more of a sausage, peperoni, peppers, mushrooms, and olives type.

Got tired of waiting on Amazon to deliver the Pizza Pronto, so we "old schooled" it. Certainly better than Pizza Hut, but not close to the aficionado's here on the forum.
