Dear @Brett Davis,

Years ago I mentioned the idea of a location for a NIRVC location in the Ashland, VA area which is the huge location of RV dealers/sales on the I-95 corridor. Camping World, General RV, and others. You chose the Washington, D.C. area which sadly did not work out. I ask that you revisit my original suggestion as we need a great dealer in this area of central East Coast and even more so a large storage facility, both indoor and outdoor (covered). RV storage is extremely slim here in this area. The Prince William County area is a tax haven as there is no personal property tax on RV's there, the location there "Holly Acres" but it could be as challenging as Washington, DC. Storage is obviously very hard to get for obvious reasons.

If you're looking to expand in this region and willing to give the Virginia area a try again, I again suggest the Ashland, VA area where all the other dealerships are that you could far outdo with the NIRVC bar set beyond any other.

Thank you for considering.

They had a place 80 miles away that did not get that much business. The plan that NIRVC is promoting on their site is a dealership within 500 miles of all areas. Atlanta falls into that sweet spot for Ashland.
Though Ashland might be a better choice then Manassas, and if it does expand its gives access to customers seeking storage another 500 miles north.
I am wondering if there is any bigger announcement today then Bob Moses coming into the NIRVC fold.
