We have had our Entegra Reatta 40 XL for 2 weeks. We have been plugged into shore power at the storage facility. When we arrived to day the power had been out at the storage facility and our coach is dead. Our brand new coach batteries are dead, Anyone that can help to advise how to reset main power? Or what to do? It’s Sunday & Entegra service is closed.

When the power comes back on, I imagine they will charge up again, but the batteries are already damaged. If you want to charge them faster you can likely put them on a regular heavy duty car charger, but in any case it will take some time to get them charged back up.

regarding “re-setting the main power”, there probably is no re-set, the batteries are just too low to function. Depending on how the coach is equipped (energy management system?) they may have been protected and everything shut down before they hit 11v or so - hopefully no lower than 11.6v. I’d run the generator for a while and when the batteries are charged up enough (above the cut-out level) the coach should come back to life. It may take a while. To do a little trouble shooting use a multi-meter and see what the current charge level is. Hopefully they are still above 10.8 and your system is protecting them.

Got this problem solved! Now a new one, the ignition switch just spins when the key is inserted and you try and start the coach. Anyone else had this problem?
