No hot water in kitchen

Can anyone tell me why I have hot and cold water coming out in shower and facet in bathroom but not in kitchen. Kitchen only has cold water, no water will come out for hot. They are right beside each other in location in 5th wheel. Super cold temps here in Alabama.

Is there a hot water shutoff valve under the kitchen sink? Try to trace the hot water line as far as you can for some sort of valve.
