NORCOLD fridge ???

2007 Fleetwood Discovery with a NORCOLD fridge . Freezer section is working fine but the lower section is not getting cold ?? Any ideas , where do i start trouble shooting ?

Which Norcold fridge do you have, likely a 1210IM?
Do you smell ammonia?
Do you get the same result on gas and electric?
Did you move the thermistor?
Did you clean the pilot chimney?
Based on my own experience with similar symptoms, I suspect the cooling unit is failing.

yes i moved the thermistor and thr fridge started working , thanks for your help !
