Your "hole" is a double-din and there are a lot of options. The wiring harness will be the trick. I was lucky to have an audio shop near me that also does RV's, as long as you can park yours at a shop they should be able to do it. The wiring is a little different as for example we are not ignition connected as our dash radios can be used at all times, which isn't necessarily a good thing which is why I wired in a rocker switch to be able to power cycle mine. They are not designed to be on for life.
