Mapping out a trip from Texas to New England areas. For all our prior trips we always stopped for at least 2 nights when traveling. We have a 5th wheel with 3 slide outs. We will be staying in RV parks but several are just 1 overnight. On some days I might even want to leave the park as early as 7:00. Can I leave my truck hooked up and just put a little weight on the stabilizers? Or should I be smarter and unhook for the overnight?

What do you experienced ones do?

When I had a 5th wheel, I would do just that if the trailer was pretty close to level front to rear on those one nighters.

If your close to level it shouldn't be a problem.
