Only 2 A/C's

Anyone out there in south La. or Texas with a Verona that can tell me if 2 A/C's will keep up with the heat ?
I can't understand why they don't offer 3 ????

Live in Florida and visit the keys off season when we reach 95+ degrees. The two A/C's usually are enough to keep the couch cool. I do have a small desktop fan running in the over bunk area to keep air circulating. I won't argue that a third unit would be pretty sweet.
