Looking at the floor plan I notice there is absolutely no counter space in the kitchen. And I don't like where the fire place is located.
I've never seen one in person so I can't speak to the quality.

Look at an RV like you would look at a house. If your S&B has little flash then that is something that will dim for the things you wish the RV had in the future. Flash mostly gets in the way of true enjoyment where like @"EZ" mentioned no counter and space lost to a second heater may work against you in the future, but not all would agree. You buy a house based on kitchen and comfort, do the same with an RV.
