Placed an order Sept 27 and still no word, no tracking info, nothing. Is this the new normal for them? My previous experiences were all positive. Also anyone have a phone # for them? Not provided on the website.

That’s what I was thinking, unfortunately. This used to be the go-to source with good customer service, fast reliable shipping, and competitive prices. Guess I’m looking for a new supply house?
