Ive never seen one that hooks to the side of the RV, most are part of the RV and are in a dedicated outside compartment, designed that way from the manufacture. I have seen some that are home made on a compartment slide out try.

Keystone markets and outdoor kitchen in thier baseline hideout models. Small fridge in a cubby and a griddle that has brackets to hang it from a rail mounted on the trailer next to the front door. I have one.

Never used the griddle while mounted and the fridge came out day one. The cubby was perfect for storing my generator and all plugs and cords. I kept the fridge and griddle when I got rid of the trailer. No way in hell that fridge would keep up with AZ heat given it was 120v and would not even be turned on until you get to camp. Useless.
Griddle works great set on a portable table and plugged into RV propane.
