When the jacks are not up, the tire appears to be completely flat when the jacks are up, I tried to put air into the tire and my compressor, which can do a minimum of 100 psi only fills to 13.2 valve appears to be good, could a.flat tire still show pressure like that and still be flat? I’ve searched online for an answer but so far can’t find anything similar to my situation. Thanks for any helpful info.
