We took delivery of our brand new 2021 New Aire 3543 last Monday, June 21. As motorcoach newbies, they were very patient with us and graciously spent nearly the entire day from 10 AM Monday until after closing going through the coach and its systems with us.
Christopher, our walk-through guide, was superb. Extremely knowledgeable and even found things for the punch list that escaped us.
Our sales person, Cindy was always close by and making sure that everything was going well.
In the service department, Woo oversaw the expert installation of our towing packages from Roadmaster and Air Force One. All but one item on the punch list was remedied the next day without delay, the final item requiring a part to be ordered. That issue may have been my fault for pulling the under seat drawer in the dining booth too far out.
In all, we spent two nights on the NIRVC premises with hook ups and took a long test drive towing our Jeep the day before we left. The drive back to Charlotte was uneventful and I found the coach a delight to drive. She is currently safely in her own climate controlled garage awaiting our first trip, sometime in July.
Our First Glimpse in the delivery bay...
Happy Campers!
"Always climbing higher"
First night...Our First Happy Hour after our long day of introduction to our coach...
Hooked up and ready to head for Charlotte...
Home. The coach on the right belongs to our best friends and travel companions who got us into this. It's a 2018 NA3543.
