Wow, that’s bad. Looks like material failure. Looks like side replacement will be needed. My coach is currently at S&S automotive and coach works in Wakarusa and Nappanee Indiana for side replacement and custom paint. I searched for the right shop for two years before they were recommended to me. After a lot of Q&A and speaking with customers they were the right ones for me. They are very good. It’s a bit costly but if you like the coach, to me it’s worth the cost. I’d suggest contacting your insurance company

Thank uou

ok took the RV to the dealer after i called TIFFIN about it
the dealer said it was excessive heat issue, no water intrusion and just on driver side the rest is perfect only on dark painted areas,
Tiffin as usual declined the repairs didn't want to hear about it
it out of warranty the RV is 2018 model
now trying to get my insurance to cover the repairs, and that's another battle i hope not
the issue happened when my neighbors installed tinting on their windows i second floor, that created a sun rays' reflection on that side which caused the ripples
so everyone be aware from windows sun reflections that can damage fiberglass paint

Not sure where you are located but S&S Automotive /Coach Division in Wakarusa, Indiana are superb. They do major jobs and are very good. They are currently performing side replacement and custom paint on my coach.

I am in southern ca
I hope the ins agree to repair
