My small panel lights that work my task lights, gas hot water, electric hot water etc do not work. What is the problem?

If just lights, my guess is power to the panel has been disrupted.

Without a better description of the problem, this seems unproductive, IMO.

OP refers to "lights that work "my task lights, gas hot water, electric hot water", which is about as ambiguous as it gets.

"Lights" alone don't usually work anything. Is the problem that switches aren't working, indicator lights aren't working, or what?
