There are numerous campgrounds down there. What is your path of travel? The Flying J at Harrisburg, off of I 81 has spots you can reserve. You may get a free spot if you get there early enough. There is also a truckstop across the street where you may find a spot in the bobtail section.

Alstays truck appp and iExit app are great resources
 
Google maps does have a great search engine. If you enter "truck stop dutch country, PA", it provides some decent returns. "rv park near Fredericksburg, PA" or any town for that matter, also provides good resources. On my iphone i use RV Parky as a good app to do searches by city name as well. It has helpful info and reviews and includes WalMarts/CrackerBarrel options..

Now I'm veering of topic to say I'm having fond memories of Apple Butter we'd get in that area as a kid.. YUM
