We took delivery of Thor Quantum LC22 on July 16, 2022. Two days later we called the dealer, La Mesa RV in Albuquerque, NM to report the door lock fob did not work. We were told this was not a La Mesa problem nor a Thor problem and to contact Ford. The next day we called Capital Ford and discussed the problem with "Bart" in service. Bart had VIN and advised there was no service bulletin on door lock fob and that Capital Ford did not do warranty work on E-350s they don't sell and said it's a La Mesa problem. The odometer reading was 1,634 miles. We had only driven the RV about 76 miles from La Mesa to home. We wrote a letter with documentation and hand-delivered it to La Mesa on 7/23, only 7 days after we took delivery. The original saleswoman found the door lock fob was not a Ford product but a "Prestige" product. We were again told it was a Ford problem. After no resolve we sent letters documenting this and other problems to Thor president Robert Martin and COO Todd Woelfer on 8/10. Skipping many communications between, La Mesa RV came and picked up the Thor on 9/21 and kept it until 10/18, nearly a month later. Though the remote now worked, the apparent re-wiring of the Prestige door lock receiver by La Mesa RV drains the battery of the E-350 after 7-10 days and will not start the engine.
*Several questions: 1) Did Ford use the "Prestige" on their E-350 chassis sold to Thor due to micro chip shortage? 2) Did Thor install the "Prestige" on the Ford chassis? 3) Have there been other "Prestige" remote receiver wiring issues? 4) What may have been done at La Mesa RV when they connected the "Prestige" receiver to the E-350 battery? 5) Are there other reasons the E-350 battery is drained in 7 to 10 days and is completely dead after about 2 and a half weeks?
We only have 1,803 miles on odometer, driving it back from Albuquerque twice. We have never camped after spending nearly $90k on this RV! Thor has not helped. La Mesa RV has only made things worse!!
Can anyone help??

Welcome to the forums, and sorry you are experiencing problems. The answer is there are many factors that could be affecting your issue, but with all of the electronic systems on new trucks/cars most RV chassis batteries have quite a large parasitic draw down going on and a couple weeks of non use unfortunately can be enough to drain a chassis (starting) battery. Two things you can do is if you have power available where you store the coach then put a battery maintainer on both chassis and house batteries. If no power option you will need to invest in a battery disconnect to kill all voltage draw off of the chassis battery. Unfortunately you cant rely on the salesman switch to completely kill all power draw to the house batteries either, but you will get "most" of them. It's an issue with all modern coaches regardless of brand as the underlying chassis is so reliant on electronic systems that are hooked up to a battery system that is designed to be driven daily. I had a Ford chassis on my brand new previous coach and had the same issues you are having.
