Spent the day at the PGA event at PGA West in La Quinta yesterday. We walked the course in the morning following a foursome (very informative watching pros play up close) and spent the afternoon at “Club Alcatraz” having lunch and watching the pros deal with water. Food was ok but the beverages were perfect and the venue was pleasant and comfortable. Nice day over all. Also bought a souvenir golf shirt - a little pricey but they said it would improve my game - almost guaranteed!
