Back on the farm in order to not get bored with food we had themed dinners, Seafood Sunday, Mexican Monday, W'Asian Wednesday, Throwback Thursday (sometimes throw away Thursday if we had too many leftovers), Pizza Friday and Soup/Sandwich Saturday.

So in the spirit of W'Asian Wednesday I'm making beef ribs, marinated in a spicy pineapple salsa. I tossed in the mix I use for chinese bbq beef.

Yumm! I wish I could cook things with more than two ingredients!

@Neal’s two ingredients.......pineapple and pizza.

This is an approved use of pineapple

Looks spicyyyyyyy. Can you give us an ingredient list and portions (AKA a recipe)?

I apologize this new oven doesn't have a light so the pic of the ribs is dark.

And of course had to have some veggies. I cheat now and get frozen veggie mixes.
