FYI Pizza maker for your RV

My mother wanted this for her birthday so I got her one and last night Amazon arrived at my house and delivered this surprisingly, an early gift from her of the same. I haven't tried it yet, she loves it and it will go in the RV and see how the pizza's turn out.

So, I assume it has non-stick coating. Just started experimenting with rice flour, so that looks like a good fit, but is the cooking surfaces coated? that would be the deal breaker!
