For those that haven't "seen it all" - where do you want to go that you have NOT been? One issue I have is the unknown, where are good places to go that I don't know of. But I'll start:
  • Glacier NP
  • Canada
  • Alaska
  • Connecticut/Vermont region
  • Explore more of West Virginia (I love Appalachian mountains)
  • Montana
  • Bourbon Trail

Our list still has the following areas:
- Alaska (might happen without the RV)
- Central and western Canada
- Maine/Vermont/Connecticut
- West Virginia
- Cumberland/KY
- Upstate NY and across the border into Canada
- Alabama
- Arkansas
- Yosemite/Kings Canyon (expect to do without RV or after downsizing RV)

Utah
Oregon coast

This fall, our bucket list plan is to travel the Blue Ridge Parkway, do some Bourbon tasting along the whiskey trail., visit Cumberland Gap, the Pikeville Ky area to take in the Hatfield and McCoy history.

We have Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky still to visit in the lower 48. Alaska (we will do via a cruise) and Newfoundland using a rented unit (too expensive to ferry the coach and Jeep over). We will then have completed our North American brag map.

Still on the bucket list but no set plans yet are:
The Florida Keys
White Horse, Yukon
The Caribou area in British Columbia (Gold Rush Trail)
The Maine Coast
The Baja Peninsula
The Olympic Peninsula
too many places to revisit to list.

Darrell

Just about every one of the above as we are just starting out but a few others on our list -

The Tetons
Idaho (if you haven't watched "Idaho, The Movie" on YouTube, check it out and it will be on your list)
The Maritime Provinces
Vancouver Island
The Blues Highway
Vermont in the Fall
The Calgary Stampede or Cheyenne Days (want to experience the area during the actual rodeo events)

Hoping for a 7 to 10 year run to catch everything this fascinating continent has to show us. Safe travels to all.

We have visited 49 states and we're now working on re-visiting some of our favorites. We are heading to Zion and Bryce Canyons to do winter photography now.

My wife wants to return to some of the parks in CA, but I'm not so sure.

In my opinion, the best time to visit California is in late April, early May. The wildflowers along the coast are lovely. If you have not seen the giant redwoods in the north, you are missing something. You can stay in the parks, but we like to stay at Ancient Redwoods Rv Park in Redcrest. It is clean, big long sites, and right in the midst of many famous groves. A short drive away is the charming Victorian town of Ferndale. It is a peaceful, gorgeous area. Yosemite is impacted like all the big parks, and has to be planned way ahead, but there are so many beautiful areas to explore from coast, mountains, wine country, lakes and deserts. If you ever decide to visit, we would be happy to give you tips. Judy D

I am in Connecticut right now FMAO and no coach. In talking to people it seems like Rv parks For big class A are few and far between. Any near New Haven that RVF can suggest? One of my neighbors in the desert owns Bentleys in Maine and while I have not been I have heard it’s quite the place. Bentley is a real interesting guy, a race car legend and there’s a “saloon” on premises. Need I say more. Hopefully next summer.

Freezing my a$$ off

Bentleys is a great stop. I’m sure you probably already know but there’s a campground there too. Strawberry Park and Aces High are two campgrounds that I can recommend in southern Ct
