Okay, weekend cook will be a Pork Butt. GMG smoker or Ninja Woodfire XL?

Cook suggestions???

cant go wrong with either, me, I'm at the house this weekend, doing st louis style ribs on the green egg

Pork butts are pretty hard to mess up. It will go fine.

I have done a pork butt on my GMG but I would be tempted to do the next one n the Ninja simply because I think it will be faster.

Edit: Don't pay much attention to the tofu cooker.

Them Texas boys are a tough crowd.

I have a pork shoulder but will use the GMG as still learning the Ninja.

I had just turned 30 and had spent a month one day in Kalyfornia. Your should see Glampdaddy's wedding pictures.
