Lazydays had completed their acquisition of B. Young RV in August 2021. Just 3 years later Lazydays has now entered an agreement to sell these recently acquired former B. Young RV locations in Portland, OR and Woodland, WA to Camping World.

Worse than Covid.

Was watching an episode of "The RVers" on cable this morning and saw the segment on National Indoor RV Center and the interview with their founder and CEO. How refreshing to hear a fellow RVer share his thoughts about storage, service, washing, etc. and his passion for fixing this with his company. I'm still pining over not having an NIRVC up here in the Pacific Northwest and after watching this episode I want it even more. With the consolidation of local higher end Class A dealers and Lazydays exiting the market (perhaps to CampingWorld), perhaps an opportunity for NIRVC?

Best,
-Mark
