I am new to this but pretty handy. Two issues with my 2019 Prism Elite 24EF. 1) WiFi Ranger does not recognize default password. I can’t find a way to reset that? 2) the slippery LCI OneControl will not pair. The LCI sticker w/ QR code says it can’t find the unit. I have looked all over and cannot locate a router tied to the touch screen?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Sounds like the password was previously reset. It may take a call to support to resolve.
