Problem with new tank sensor monitor

Not sure where this goes so ....... I own a 26' 2007 Jayco Jayflight 23B travel trailer. Roof leaked and so I had to replace my tank sensor monitor. I installed new RecPro M23 monitor. Problem is the switches (electric and gas water heater and the fresh water pump) all light up but none of the sensors do, battery, black, grey and fresh water just blank looks like no power. Please help!!

Double-check your wiring, ground connection, etc.

Already have. The switches use the same power and ground as the sensors and the switches work
