Hello,

I have a 2021 Roadtrek Zion Slumber. I use a 25 foot extension cord (30 amps). It is plugged into an outlet in the garage and there is power coming from that outlet, but the red light that is on the receptacle that plugs into the van is not on. In other words, it does not appear that power is being delivered to the van. Could this be something as simple as a bad power cord?

Thank you.

It could be, or it could be just a bad LED. Have you confirmed there is no power in the coach?

There is power but that could be coming from the batteries. Does anyone know how to check Firefly to see if the shore power is working? I cannot figure that out!

Thanks again.

Test with a voltmeter? This should see any interruptions in power.

Get yourself something like this...they are handy and will answer your question

Are you sure this is not a GFI outlet and the outlet is tripped giving you the illuminated red LED?
