I have 2022 Momentum 351M-R and have experienced a problem with the residential refrigerator compressor shutting off and not coming back on when using 30 amp service and one air conditioner running. I’m being told that 30 amp service is not enough to operate both units at the same time. Also, sometimes the microwave looses power completely for about 10 mimutes, even when hooked to 50 amp service and other units are operating such as a/c’s, refrigerator, tv, and others. If this is so, how do full timers cope with this situation?

You have to figure out what is on each leg of your breaker box. The people that make these things don't have a clue about balancing the loads. Even with a 50 amp service, to many things can be put on a leg. Find someone with a clamp on amp meter and test the circuits for actual draw.
